Boundary Description
Commencing on the low water mark of the shore of South Pacific Ocean at Cape Solander (being the southern entrance to Botany Bay): and bounded thence by that low water mark (except at the entrance of any river, creek or inlet of the sea where the boundary shall be a straight line connecting two points on the shore opposite the outermost headlands at the entrance of any such river, creek or inlet of the sea) generally south-westerly to Glaisher Point; by a line south-easterly across the entrance of Port Hacking to Port Hacking Point; by the low water mark of the generally southern shore of Port Hacking generally westerly to Costens Point; by a line south-westerly, across the entrance to South West Arm, to Grahams Point; again by the low water mark of the generally southern shore of Port Hacking generally north-westerly to a point south of Yowie Point; by a line northerly to that point; by the low water mark of the generally western shore of Yowie Bay generally northerly and the unnamed creek flowing into the head of the north-western arm of that bay upwards to President Avenue; by that avenue easterly, Miranda Road South, a line across Sutherland-Cronulla Railway, and Miranda Road North and its prolongation north-westerly and Port Hacking Road North and Madeira Road and its prolongation generally northerly to the low water mark of the right bank of Georges River; by that low water mark generally easterly and the low water mark of the generally south-western shore of Gwawley Bay generally south-easterly to Sandy Point; by a line south-easterly to the low water mark of the generally south-western shore of Gwawley Bay; again by that low water mark generally south-easterly and the low water mark of the generally south-eastern shore of that bay generally north-easterly; again the low water mark of the right bank of Georges River generally south-easterly, the low water mark of the generally south-western, the generally south-eastern and the generally north-eastern shores of Woolooware Bay generally south-easterly, generally north-easterly and generally north-westerly, again the low water mark of the right bank of Georges River generally north-easterly, the low water mark of the generally south-western shore of Botany Bay generally south-easterly and the low water mark of the generally north-western shore of Quibray Bay generally south-easterly to the mouth of Weeney Bay; by a line across that mouth south-easterly to the low water mark of the generally southern shore of Quibray Bay; by that low water mark and the low water mark of the generally north-eastern shore of that bay generally easterly and generally north-westerly and the low water mark of the generally southern shore of Botany Bay generally easterly and south-easterly to the point of commencement (inclusive of all islands lying off the coast of the district above defined).
